About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join our in-home health care team at Homewatch CareGivers of St. Cloud. As a Private Duty RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medication administration, medication monitoring, and patient assessment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Document patient progress and care provided
Requirements
  • RN licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Background check
  • TB screening test (provided)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current proof of insurance
