About the Role

The Process Improvement Manager plays a vital role in optimizing existing workflows and procedures within the Programs and Services Division at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. This position requires a strong belief in the organization's mission and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the practical execution of initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with teams and managers to document updated processes, create training materials, and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of improvements.
  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan, motivating and providing direction to project team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in vision-casting, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex information and identify key issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in presentations and work effectively with colleagues across organizational boundaries.
