Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week assignment. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a new and exciting environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Provides medical care in the privacy of patients' homes.
- Requires driving to multiple patients' homes daily.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must have valid auto insurance.
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- PC skills.
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
