  • Collaborate with the athletic director and school administrators to ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement a budget for the lacrosse program, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators to promote the lacrosse program and build relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, strategies, and best practices in lacrosse.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid coaching certification and experience in lacrosse.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coaching lacrosse at the high school or college level.
  • Current CPR certification.

Compensation:

$2, $4, depending on experience.
