The Equipment Management Specialist at FGF Brands is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner. This individual will assist in organizing and planning regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant, reviewing and rationalizing preventive maintenance procedures, and evaluating and maximizing maintenance procedures in collaboration with other support personnel and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant.
- Review and rationalize preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate and maximize maintenance procedures in collaboration with other support personnel and staff.
- Assist in hiring and training team members, including compliance with safety training and administer evaluations.
- Enforce company policies and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise skilled workers and work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Knowledge of industrial tools and test equipment.
