Slot Service Director

At Grand Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Service Supervisor to lead our slot operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and take on a leadership role in ensuring the highest level of Guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Slot Service Associates, ensuring they are performing to high standards and providing excellent service to our Guests. You will also be responsible for monitoring slot equipment, communicating with management, and staying up-to-date with gaming regulations and company policies.

We are looking for someone who is a values-based leader, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to work with colleagues and vendors in a professional manner.

• Monitor and maintain slot equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Supervise and develop Slot Service Associates to perform to high expectations
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Provide training and coaching to Slot Service Associates
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience required
• One (1) year slot experience and previously completed all Supervisory courses offered through E&P or two (2) years of experience as a supervisor/manager required
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Computer-literate with specific proficiency in Microsoft applications

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
