**About the Role:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency and optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, presenting options, and explaining pricing in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Complete approved repairs and improvements in a timely manner, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, collecting payments, and completing necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [insert number] years of experience as an HVAC installation, maintenance, or service technician, or comparable education.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in a friendly and personable way.
  • EPA certification.
  • A valid social security card, driver's license, and a clean driving record.

  • The ability to quickly identify and report problems to the office verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on completing tasks correctly the first time.

Physical Demands:

  • This role requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, handling controls, hearing, and talking.
  • Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and navigate small crawl spaces.
  • Lifting heavy objects on a regular basis.
  • Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required for this position.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate work environment noise level, with occasional variations.
  • Continual interruptions and changing priorities are common.
  • Effective communication with customers, vendors, coworkers, and others is essential.

Compensation Package:
