Join Our Team as a Master Level Motorcycle Technician

California Motorsports Group, a leading multi-line dealership, is seeking skilled and experienced motorcycle technicians to join our team. We service a wide range of motorcycle brands, including Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Polaris, and BRP. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' motorcycles are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with motorcycles, including engine and transmission problems
  • Inspect and test motorcycles to ensure they are in safe and working condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers about their motorcycle's needs
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a motorcycle technician
  • Valid driver's license with M1 endorsement
  • MMI or equivalent manufacturer certifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
