Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications and take proactive measures to prevent adverse events.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address concerns or questions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Experience in acute care settings, preferably in ICU or critical care units.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
