Job Summary

This is a full-time/part-time position responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fill online orders. The selected candidate will work closely with the customer service team to ensure accurate orders and provide exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will also be responsible for making product substitutions as needed and consulting with customers to resolve any issues.
