About the Opportunity

As a Telecommunications Consultant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized sales solutions. You'll also manage new customer accounts, handle service upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional sales service.

  • In-Store Customer Engagement: Handle new and current customers with enthusiasm, representing the AT&T brand (Wireless, Internet, and Television services).
  • Sales and Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions through interactive sales presentations.
  • Account Management: Manage new customer accounts, handle service upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional sales service.
