Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Soliant, providing support to students with behavioral challenges in a school setting.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $44,800 and $62,560 per year, paid weekly, based on a 30-hour workweek.

Job Description
  • Support Students with Behavioral Challenges: Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies to provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Implement Behavior Plans: Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Social Skills Development: Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification: Valid RBT certification required.
  • ABA Principles: Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Data Collection Skills: Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.
  • Patient Empathy: Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
