Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for hardware refresh initiatives, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inventory assessments of computer equipment.
  • Oversee the logistics of equipment delivery.
  • Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support tasks.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for refresh projects and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide support to VIPs and other end users as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hardware refresh is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
