Twin Peaks Job Description: Heart of House Dishwasher

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heart of House Dishwasher to join our team at Twin Peaks. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety in our Heart of House operations.

**Responsibilities**

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict uniform standards
* Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following our prep and line build recipes
* Check the quality of ingredients and ensure that all food is prepared safely and hygienically
* Maintain a clean and organized station, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our high standards
* Train using our tablets or computer systems
* Perform any other duties as required by management

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Line Cook
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Ability to understand and follow our prep recipes and line build procedures
* Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Must be able to attend orientation and agree to our policies and procedures
* Must be able to attend and successfully complete our HOH training program

**Working Conditions**

* The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands and fingers to handle objects
* The role requires the ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
* The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to fumes, wet and humid conditions, and potentially toxic or caustic chemicals
* The role requires the ability to work in a team environment, with occasional exposure to cigarette or cigar smoke
