Job Title: Radiology Technologist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist operates standard, portable, and specialized X-ray equipment to perform routine and semi-complex radiographic examinations used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. You will develop and process films and transmit to a Radiologist for interpretation. Additionally, you will ensure prompt transfer of images and documents to the PACS system, maintaining accurate patient data and history.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate X-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations
  • Develop and process films for interpretation by Radiologists
  • Ensure accurate transfer of images and documents to the PACS system
  • Maintain patient data and history
  • Prepare and clean equipment and rooms between patients
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited program in Radiographic Technology
  • Obtain 24 continuing education credits bi-annually, adhering to ARRT guidelines
