Position Overview
Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC is actively seeking a PRN Infusion Nurse to enhance our clinical team. This role is pivotal in delivering specialized nursing services within an infusion therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an Infusion Nurse, your primary duties will include:
  • Facilitating the admission process for new patients in collaboration with nursing and administrative teams.
  • Administering intravenous medications through PICC line access.
  • Preparing and managing medications for patients in an infusion setting.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on infusion therapies.
  • Monitoring patient treatment and outcomes to ensure safety and efficacy.
  • Coordinating care with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical environment.
  • Experience in critical care or outpatient infusion preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams.

Licensure and Certifications
Applicants must hold an active and unencumbered State Board of Nursing license and possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications such as CRNI, VA-BC, or OCN are preferred.
