• Design, build, and maintain complex tools, dies, and assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve tooling issues and ensure seamless production.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

• At least three years of experience in tool building and manufacturing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend safety, operating, and maintenance documents and procedures.
• Industrial Powered Lift Truck certification.
• Overhead Crane certification.
• Lock Out/Tag Out Authorization certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience with CAD design software and 3D printing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
