Store Manager

Style Crest Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our manufactured housing store business in Albuquerque. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including inside sales, outside sales, customer service, counter sales, warehousing, inventory management, delivery, installation, facility upkeep, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Work with the team to achieve sales growth initiatives and drive business results.
- Provide direction to the team by setting work expectations, hiring and training, resolving conflicts, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Safeguard facility inventory and equipment by ensuring proper storage and maintenance, and ensuring all equipment, tools, and vehicles are in good working condition.
- Communicate frequently with the General Manager on successes, issues, recommendations, capital expenditures, performance efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Responsible for P&L success of the operation and communicate any discrepancies or major impacts to the budget.
- Makes strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness to grow sales and improve the customer experience.
- Manage inventory control of all products and materials, overseeing cycle counts and physical inventory, and ensuring all discrepancies are communicated and resolved.
- 5 years of prior management and leadership experience, preferably in a related industry with comparable responsibilities.
- Inventory and warehouse management experience is required.
- Forklift and box truck operation experience is required.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Mobile Homes, Manufactured Housing, heating, and cooling products is preferred.
- Be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with a WMS or ERP system such as Epicor is preferred.
- Strong communication (written & verbal), organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- An analytical, detailed, and process-oriented individual with demonstrated success in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and sound decision-making.
- Prior experience in business planning and developing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of distribution and transportation activities and the impacts of federal/state laws on these activities.
- Operates from a clear set of positive values, principles, and ethics.
- Demonstrated team player who can lead and facilitate a team to produce results while maintaining positive working and customer relationships.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptive, and manage business changes with a positive attitude.
