As an integral part of our accounting team, you will assist in overseeing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our dealership's records.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely processing of deal documentation to guarantee prompt submission of title work.
- Accurate maintenance of financial records and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Preparation and execution of daily journal entries.
- Updating and managing dealership accounting systems and procedures.
- Engaging with County Clerk offices and State officials regarding tags and registrations.
- Collaborating with various departments to address any accounting discrepancies or challenges.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance position, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $21, paid biweekly.
