Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely processing of deal documentation to guarantee prompt submission of title work.
  • Accurate maintenance of financial records and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Preparation and execution of daily journal entries.
  • Updating and managing dealership accounting systems and procedures.
  • Engaging with County Clerk offices and State officials regarding tags and registrations.
  • Collaborating with various departments to address any accounting discrepancies or challenges.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance position, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
