Rio Grande Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Diagnostic Imaging Department.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for CT exams, explaining procedures and ensuring technical quality.
- Possess knowledge of medical terminology sufficient to work accurately within the Imaging Department.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced staff or students.
- Maintain current licensure by the Texas Department of Health as an MRT and registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Previous experience in CT in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state, and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
Rio Grande Regional Hospital is a 320+ bed full-service hospital serving the Rio Grande Valley for over 30 years. Our team of over 500 physicians represents 35+ specialties, and we offer a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services.
Our Emergency Room is a Level III Trauma Center, and we have extended our ER services into the Rio Grande Valley with our three remote ERs in McAllen/Mission, Edinburg, and San Juan.
