Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
