We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Club at Chambers Creek. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with a warm welcome and ensure they feel at home.
  • Learn and know member names to provide personalized service.
  • Keep all restaurant front-of-house areas clean and organized, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Provide quick and efficient service, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Be fully informed on all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Effectively use the club's POS system for processing orders and managing transactions.
  • Assist with all restaurant cleaning duties, including bussing tables and restocking supplies.
  • Provide patrons with a fond farewell, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with club events as needed, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a private club or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Current TABC certification required pre-hire.
  • Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate required pre-hire.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members and guests.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our members and guests.
