Residential Cleaner

Position Overview:
The Residential Cleaner at Generations is responsible for upholding cleanliness standards within resident living spaces and shared community areas. Our cleaning staff plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and homely atmosphere for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments, communal spaces, guest accommodations, and administrative offices.
- Change linens in resident apartments as per schedule.
- Perform laundry duties as required.
- Spot clean carpets when necessary.
- Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Regularly assess the physical environment of the facility and communicate any repair needs.
- Assist residents and staff in cultivating a warm, home-like setting.
- Execute any additional tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR and First Aid certification, with training provided upon hire.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
