Pharmacy Intern P2 Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern P2 to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Pharmacy Intern P2, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists and technicians in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
Requirements:
  • Current student in progress for or has completed 2 years of pharmacy school with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026
  • Pharmacy Intern Permit, where applicable by state law
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy experience
  • Immunization certification
  • Systems aptitude
  • Computer skills
