Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team at Technologent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Administration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and servers.
  • Storage Management: Manage and support Pure Storage and Dell storage environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing storage resources.
  • Virtualization Support: Administer VMware environments, including virtual machine deployment, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
  • Operating System Administration: Maintain and support Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with a focus on Cisco, Pure Storage, Dell storage, VMware, Windows, and Linux.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or other relevant credentials are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all or some technologies including Cisco networking and server solutions, Pure Storage and Dell storage solutions, VMware virtualization, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems. This individual will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of our systems.
