Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Stern At Home Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our patients and enjoying a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a preference for home care
- Active unencumbered state PT license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling: choose your own hours

- Quarterly oil change stipend for personal vehicles used to see patients
- Stern Scheduling Assurance: we will pay for up to 2 cancellations per month if we can't replace the appointments
