Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Cardiac PCU
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Experience working in a Cardiac PCU or similar setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Standard Cardiology monitoring equipment (Telemetry and T-1's)
- IV pumps and Crash Carts
- Cerner electronic health record system
Day shift: 1RN - 3 pts with active titrating drips, 1RN - 4 pts IMC patients, 1RN - 5-6 pts Med/Surg patients
Night shift: 1RN - 4-5 IMC patients, 1RN - 5-6 pts Med/Surg patients
