About the Role
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for following care plans, monitoring clients' conditions, and reporting any changes to the RN Case Manager. Additionally, you'll assist with mobility, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and provide compassionate care to your clients.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable
  • Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment
  • CNA Certification required
