About the Role:
As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. Your expertise will play a vital role in our mission to deliver innovative and life-saving treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver safe and effective nursing care to a diverse patient population.
2. Utilize the Synergy Model for Care to tailor patient care plans.
3. Maintain clear and respectful communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
4. Document nursing processes accurately and in compliance with organizational standards.
5. Participate in unit activities to address specific healthcare needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience within the last five years.
- Valid and active nursing license or temporary permit approved by the relevant licensing board.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle weights between 20-35 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Capability to perform close visual tasks, including computer work and patient assessments.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
