Cranbury Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
