Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a motivated and compassionate healthcare support specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, necessitating excellent customer service abilities. We welcome candidates interested in pursuing a career in the medical sector, offering valuable hands-on experience to enhance clinical skills. Your duties will include assisting healthcare providers and collaborating with our medical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. We value a positive demeanor and a genuine concern for the well-being of our patients and colleagues.

Work Schedule

Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

One day off per week on a rotating basis.

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Incentives: Bonus potential without limits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival.
  • Processing copayments.
  • Assisting in patient care activities.
  • Managing electronic medical records using web-based applications.
  • Organizing and maintaining medical supplies and medications for clinical use.
  • Coordinating future patient appointments.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred; candidates with strong customer service skills may be considered even without prior experience.
  • This is a full-time position with no weekend shifts.
  • Compensation is based on previous experience, customer service proficiency, and adaptability.
