Front Desk Representative

The Resort at Paws Up is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through anticipatory service, communication, and exemplary customer service.

• Check guests in and out through resort systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage guest folios, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide detailed communication regarding guest issues to relevant departments to ensure resolution.
• Converse with guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfilling special requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.
• Ensure confidentiality of guests before and throughout their stay.
• Assist with guest service issues promptly and efficiently.
• Sell and promote resort revenue-generating activities and guest enrichment activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all menu items, including preparation, allergens, and alternative preparations.
• Communicate food restrictions to Food & Beverage and Culinary teams.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities.
• Follow and complete daily department checklists.
• Compile data and reports as needed.
• Maintain a clean and clear work environment while staying organized and efficient.
• Assist in the arranging and organization of guest celebration amenities that are unique and personalized.
• Create Purchase Requests for any last-minute guest billable items.
• Assist guests with personal shipments.
