We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Cosmetologist to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Since 2004, we have been dedicated to providing our guests with a first-class, consistent waxing experience. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our proprietary Comfort Wax, private waxing suites, and our team of professionally trained estheticians.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Your Role

As a Waxing Specialist, you will be the face of European Wax Center, providing expert waxing services and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality waxing services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid Esthetician License
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • A positive, friendly, and personable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • A focus on guest services and experience
  • An openness to feedback for continuous improvement
