We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Complete Health Partners in West Nashville. As a key member of our Advanced Primary Care practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, with experience in operating radiologic equipment and producing high-quality images. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate or oversee the operation of radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scans.
  • Measure and record patient vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with procedures directly supervised by the physician.
  • Return calls to patients and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
  • Limited Scope imaging certification required; Full Scope imaging certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
  • Prior physician office/clinic Medical Assistant work experience required with 1-year Internal Medicine/Primary Care office experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of medications, able to calculate dosages and administer injections (IM, SubQ & ID) as well as PO medications, IV experience appreciated but not required.
  • Strong computer skills required; Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation with excellent communication, customer service, organization, and telephone skills.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, shift differentials, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
