PNC Financial Services Group seeks a highly skilled Customer Relationship Banker and Sales Expert to join our team in Pinetop, Arizona.

Job Description

This role requires an individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for sales and relationship building.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize a defined sales process to engage customers in proactive conversations, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Create a personalized experience for each customer, leveraging PNC's extensive range of banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers.
  • Strong understanding of PNC's products and services, with the ability to articulate their benefits to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a generous benefits program.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
