VIP Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient VIP Server to join our team at Legends. As a VIP Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to our guests in a timely and organized manner, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner, utilizing key information on kitchen tickets, including table and seat numbers.
• Lead communication between the servers and culinary team to ensure a smooth service.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders.
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experience, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating them to the server immediately.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist bussers as needed with clearing tables, especially during peak periods.
• Provide guidance to guests on dining options and general attraction information.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• At least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner.
• Ability to skillfully carry three entre plates at the same time for long distances up to 150 ft.
• Ability to retain and recite menu details.
• Understanding of the expo process in a fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to read kitchen tickets and understand seat number, table numbers, and course breakdowns.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, table settings, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance standards.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
• Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile.
• Ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis.
• Ability to be standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
