Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to oversee work order creation and execution, streamlining daily maintenance activities.
  • Manage daily maintenance operations, including breakdowns, preventive, and predictive maintenance to ensure production equipment is consistently operational, thereby minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance of essential plant utilities, including cooling towers and chillers.
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities, buildings, and surrounding grounds to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Administer the plant's capital budget and supervise the implementation of various projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in maintenance management and process safety management.
  • Strong background in engineering disciplines, particularly mechanical and chemical.
  • Experience in both preventative and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Union experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
  • Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) is essential.
  • Prior experience in maintenance management is a must.
