Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Professional Development: Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education activities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Clinical Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
  • Passion for Working with Children: Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
