Crew Member

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a fast-paced and fun environment where we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits our cafe, preparing ingredients for our food and smoothies, and assembling and serving fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.

• Interact with crew members and customers using 'Tropitude' (our 'mojo' and what makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe fun and different)
• Deliver 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits our cafe
• Prepare ingredients for our food and smoothies
• Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
• Use our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe
• Follow the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
• Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe

• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines
• Preferred restaurant experience

Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary. Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours. Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
