We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urology provider to join our team in a beautiful rural setting. Our clinic offers a supportive and caring environment, with a focus on work-life balance and schedule flexibility.

Key Details:

• Nurse Practitioner-Urology
• Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm

Provider Benefits:

• Four 10-hour days per week
• Full-time, permanent position
• No after-hour call requirements
• Average 15-17 patients per day
• Opportunity for tele-scribe support for providers with high patient volumes

Clinic Features:

• Three exam rooms and one procedure room
• Two point-of-care BK ultrasound machines and Olympus cystoscopy equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive total compensation opportunity (over $141,000)
• Quality incentives up to $20,000
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus of $20,000

• $8,000 annual CME allowance
