Project Management Coordinator at The Crowther Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft letters, reports, change orders, forms, and various documents as necessary.
  • Prepare subcontracts and/or project work authorizations for distribution, including amendments in line with project and contract specifications.
  • Establish and maintain the project directory throughout the duration of the project.
  • Compile, file, and document subcontractor change orders.
  • Organize and maintain job and office documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Develop purchase agreements for distribution in accordance with project and specification requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractor document compliance, including document tracking.
  • Maintain records of contract documents, including contracts and change orders, ensuring timely recording in Procore and appropriate filing.
  • Act as a liaison for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Communicate contract status and updates to project management personnel.
  • Support Project Managers in formulating budgets and forecasts for resources and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Perform other supporting and administrative project tasks.

Depending on the size and complexity of a project, a Project Management Coordinator may share responsibilities with other coordinators on the team.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant industry experience. However, extensive experience combined with certifications or other demonstrations of technical proficiency may offset the absence of a degree in certain situations.


• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's or higher degree is preferred.


• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, demonstrating overall professionalism.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.


• Familiarity with various field concepts, practices, and procedures.


• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide the work of others on the project team.


• Competent in Windows operating systems and associated software.


• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is advantageous.


• Assist project managers in achieving objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial evaluations.


• Lead with patience, sound judgment, and integrity, always representing The Crowther Group brand positively.


• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.


• Physically capable of walking project sites and willing to travel for site inspections.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Physically able to navigate stairs and/or ladders.


• Reliable transportation is essential.


• Consistent and dependable attendance is a critical job function.
