Job Title:

Registered Nurse - Wound Ostomy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in wound ostomy care to join our team at APN Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing wound ostomy cases, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive wound ostomy care to patients, including wound debridement, ostomy care, and pouch changes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in wound ostomy care
  • Certification in wound ostomy care (CWOCN)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. The work schedule will include 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
