Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Hybrid Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide group and individual therapy to clients with primary mental health diagnoses and/or substance use diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously assess client needs and functioning, maintaining accurate documentation and case coordination.
  • Develop and implement personalized growth plans aligned with therapeutic needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree required.
  • Clinical License or ability to obtain required.
