Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve salon goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional haircuts and building strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
