**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Director to join our team at Delta Companies. As a Dental Director, you will be responsible for leading our general dentistry focused team in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of dentists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Manage and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
**Qualifications and Skills**
* DDS / DMD degree from an accredited institution
* 2+ years of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
