The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, providing patient and family education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide direct therapy to patients in various settings.
  • Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient progress in accordance with professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
