Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive earnings of $1559 or more weekly.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • Solo mileage compensation at $0.53 per mile with an average of 2500 miles weekly.
  • Stop pay of $15.00 for an average of 2 stops weekly.
  • Per diem compensation of $25.00 per night for up to 3 nights weekly.
  • Drop and hook pay of $10.00 per occurrence.
  • Comprehensive paid training program.

Work Schedule

  • Operational days: Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off.
  • Start times vary based on route, typically between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Route and Equipment

  • Deliveries primarily to VA, WV, NC, AL, TN, KY, DE, MI, WI, OH, IN, TX, IL, GA.
  • Regional routes with weekly home time.
  • Tractor type: Sleeper.
  • Trailer type: Dry Van (48', 53').
  • Freight type: No touch packing supplies.

Vehicle and Maintenance

Our fleet consists of trucks that are 36 months or newer, equipped with 24/7 roadside assistance. Company drivers have access to over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide for fueling.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
  • Valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.
  • Minimum experience: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
