Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and edit proposal submittal and interview presentation content
  • Ensure compliance with proposal/interview management documents
  • Create figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview presentation content
  • Design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Assist with writing, editing, and tailoring employee, project, and qualification collateral
  • Enter/upload client follow-up correspondence in the CRM System
  • Track and update opportunities in the CRM System
  • Conduct Prequalification renewals for the company
  • Assist with planning/coordinating client events
  • Support pursuit and other marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Independent/self-starter
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Adherence to quality control procedures
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
