Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team at WIS International Inventory Services. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Use proprietary handheld devices to scan barcodes and update inventory information
  • Collaborate with customers to provide inventory solutions and support their business needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules, including early morning shifts
  • Meet productivity and quality standards to qualify for wage increases
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail, stock, customer service, or related fields a plus
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel via car and occasionally via plane
