Job Description

As a Seasonal Soap Maker at Buff City Soap, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily production plans and workflow with the store manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs and offering assistance.
  • Maintain inventory levels of all products within a specific range.
  • Ensure timely production and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a safe and clean production and retail area.
  • Meet and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all products.
  • Process POS purchases and returns of merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organization skills.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
